Halfords Launches Dedicated Landing Page to Help Ease the Rising Cost of Motoring for Consumers
<p><strong>Motoring retailer launches a landing page to help the nation find everything they need in one place, to motor for less </strong></p><p><strong>Measures on the page include Halfords’ new warranty-partnership with MotorEasy, its Fuel Efficiency Pack, and free car checks.</strong></p><p><em></em></p><p>With one in six drivers trying to spend as little as possible on their motoring purchases*, Halfords has launched a dedicated landing page for all its cost-saving services. This follows on from the raft of initiatives the brand introduced in August to help UK consumers motor for less. </p><p>As part of this move to help the nation, Halfords has joined forces with MotorEasy to tackle the rising cost of vehicle ownership. The new warranty partnership future-proofs motorists against parts price rises and helps take the financial uncertainty out of car ownership, by providing Halfords Motoring Club members with a 12-month warranty, with free extended cover (minimum of three months) to help protect against the cost of mechanical failure. </p><p>Consumers can also find the brand’s latest offers that help drivers get the best value for money when running their vehicle, including the recently launched Fuel Efficiency Pack. Created as an optional add-on to select Halfords Autocentre services, the new pack involves a non-invasive procedure to clean and remove harmful carbon deposits out of the car’s engine and fuel system, to help fuel go further for just £30.</p><p>It's not just products and paid-services included within the page, the nation also has access to the<strong> </strong>range of free checks Halfords offers, including brakes, tyres, and repairs checks, to help drivers stay safe on the road. If a problem is spotted, a no-obligation quote is provided before any repairs are made and once work has been completed, it's guaranteed for up to 24,000 miles or two years, whichever is sooner.</p><p>Finally, for consumers looking for some expert advice, the page also houses the brand’s money saving tips and advice, including how to maintain vehicle quality, how to avoid damages and breakdowns, and the best ways to save on servicing maintenance and MOTs.</p><p>Karen Bellairs, Chief Customer and Commercial Officer said “At Halfords, we see it as our duty to help drivers motor for less, so we’re delighted to have a dedicated page that helps our customers do just that.
