Duncan Giffin, Head of Products
Over 20 years experience in financial services and the insurance sector with Amazon, American Express, BNP Paribas and RCI Financial Services.
Duncan joined Intelligent Motoring in 2019, where he heads up the Product team, evolving and developing existing products, while introducing new propositions that extend value and reach across the IM portfolio. Its a role that requires close cooperation with the Technology team, assisting in the management of IT Prioritisation and IT Development Sprints. It also requires a close working relationship with IM Underwriters.
His career to date has focused on the Financial Services and Insurance sectors, starting at Renault Credit International (RCI) as a Pricing Manager, before joining RCI's GAP provider at the time, Cardif Pinnacle (part of the BNP Paribas Group).
Prior to IM, Duncan was a Senior Product Manager for Amazon Protect, where he managed underwriter relationships during the industry-wide roll-out of the Insurance Distribution Directive.
Duncan has a BSc from the University of Bournemouth.
