25-year track record in UK and international automotive roles, including Camden Motor Group, HBC-System ApS and BNP Paribas
John was appointed Chief Commercial Officer Intelligent Motoring and Managing Director of Warranty Assist in 2019
He has over 30 years Automotive industry experience, including aftersales, financial services, media, vehicle sales, remarketing and distribution. He also has extensive international exposure with a leading Danish equipment manufacturer.
John's financial services experience includes senior positions at BNP Paribas and as a Director of a Barclays owned dealer group. As an entrepreneur, he owned, managed and successfully sold an automotive SMART care business and has also launched two start-ups with VC and bank funding.
John leads the business development team, growing existing strategic marketing partnerships in addition to winning targeted new partner accounts. As the MD of Warranty Assist, his prior position as the Director of a dealer group, brings hands-on experience of the innovative marketing, commercial & online solutions required to build customer retention and profitability.
He is a modern languages graduate and an active member of the Fellowship of the Motoring Industry (FMI)
